Closed for the long weekend

Don't play to hard!

Hey everyone just to let you know that we will be closed Friday through Monday for the long weekend. Classes will resume on Tuesday Sept 7th with Noni and Rockne. Shirlee will be taking the week off so for those of you who work out with her, you can give me a call and we will see about fitting you in elsewhere.

Kidney Foundation Walk For Life

Hey everyone It’s that time of year again!

This years Give The Gift Of Life Walk  will be happening this Sunday August 22nd at Gyro Park and will start at 9:30 am. If you can get there a bit early to register your name that would be great.

Last year The Absolute Body Fusion Team had an Amazing  group of walkers! We were the largest Team there and w e really appreciated the support and team spirit you all gave, and I was thrilled to see all of you walk away with Fantastic door prizes…I’m sure this year will be no different!

Anyone who hasn’t  signed up with me yet for our walk can still do so and you can also just feel free to show up on the morning of and surprise us…the more the marrier!

We look forward to seeing all of you there!
